NYC-based KITH is preparing for a second car collaboration with BMW. KITH’s owner Ronnie Fieg has just teased the collaboration on his Instagram account. Fieg also sat down with BMW-M Magazine to talk about his personal connection with BMW and share his car collection. His previous collaboration with BMW delivered 150 units of the M4 Competition which were sold out in minutes. Fieg wouldn’t reveal yet which BMW model he worked on next, but in one of his Instagram posts he’s seen wearing a varsity jacket with a BMW Elektro-Auto text.

Fieg’s history with BMW dates back to an E30 M3 who belonged to his grandfather. Today, Fieg owns an E30 M3 sedan, an E30 M3 Convertible and the holy grail E30 M3 EVO. But his collection of BMWs doesn’t stop there. “I currently own two E24 M6’s, an E30 M3, an E30 M3 Evo, an E30 M3 Convertible, an 850 CSi, a M760Li, and three versions of the BMW M4 Competition x Kith,” Fieg told BMW M. “So I really own five models, but have collected multiples of them so it’s hard to pick a favorite.”
But which ones are his daily drivers? According to Fieg, that honor goes to the BMW 850CSi and the M760Li, both powered by V12 engines. The cars in his collection were professionally restored by BMW M with some of them receiving unique details, like the KITH version of the roundel. Are there any others BMWs on his bucket list? “The BMW M1, the BMW E28 M5 and the BMW E36 M3,” says Fieg. But he won’t reveal which BMW will next join his car collection. “I have a very special model being restored as we speak. I don’t want to share what it is until I have it in my hands.”
Next, Fieg drops a hint on his future project with a personal take on BMW’s electrification plans. “I love seeing how BMW is evolving and where the brand is going,” Fieg says. “I think as long as the driving experience is never compromised, a brand like BMW can be who leads us into the future.”…
